<\/a>\nHow to \u201cBuild your business in 90 minutes a day\u201d.\u00a0 Well, that is the assertion that Nigel Botterill and Martin Gladdish are claiming in their book of the same name.\u00a0 If you get the chance it really is worth a read.<\/p>\n
It claims that time is our most precious resource, and we aren\u2019t using it as efficiently as possible.\u00a0 If you were to ask yourself what is the most important thing that you could be doing for your business today, what would it be?<\/p>\n
For most business owners, it would be either be<\/p>\n

- \u201cHow Can I grow my business\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
or<\/p>\n
- \n
- \u201cHow can I find and keep more customers\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
However how many of us, dedicate time to do this one most important thing and really push our business forward?\u00a0 If we aren\u2019t doing this, then why?\u00a0 Is the end vision not great enough to make us want to reach it no matter what.\u00a0 At times we can be so focused on the \u2018now\u2019 we don\u2019t think about what \u2018could be\u2019. \u00a0Are we working in the business rather than on the business?<\/p>\n
The book claims that by focusing 90 minutes a day, and focusing on the stuff that really matters we can not only transform our business but also our own personal life. By utilising a 90 minute chunk of time, we can be highly focused, any shorter, it becomes inefficient, any longer, then we run the risk of diminishing returns, and our mind wanders onto other things.\u00a0 If we were to be honest with ourselves, are we busy for the sake of being busy, or can we be more efficient and productive in what we do.<\/p>\n
If you think about it 90 minutes a day, 5 days a week, this equates to a whole extra working day, every week.\u00a0 Not only is it a whole new working day, but it is also a hyper productive working day.\u00a0 You are concentrating 100% on something that really matters to your business.<\/p>\n
Surely we can all find an extra 30 minutes a day to do what is most important for our business!<\/p>\n
